When will I receive my order? How do I track my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 12 business days, please contact us at customerservice@shellmiddy.com When you receive the confirmation email that your order has shipped, you should have received a tracking number and the name of the shipping company. You can check the order’s progress at one of the links below.  



What are the terms of the free shipping promotion?


From time to time, we run free shipping promotions. You can get free shipping for your orders over the certain listed amount with the coupon code provided for the corresponding dates.

  What is the estimated delivery time and how is it calculated?

ShellMiddy’s estimated delivery time (EDT) is our prediction of when an order could be delivered to you. The EDT is the sum of estimated fulfillment and shipping time. Think:

Estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time

Our fulfillment time average is 2–5 business days for non-apparel products and 2–7 business days for apparel products. When calculating the estimated fulfillment time, we consider the current order volume and capacity.

The estimated shipping time is calculated according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.

The delivery time is just an estimate; it’s not guaranteed. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons like:

  • Products being out of stock
  • Shipping-related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions

That said, we’ll work hard to meet our delivery estimates. If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order, and it’s past its EDT, please allow a few more days. Get in touch with us (Customerservice@shellmiddy.com); we’ll check your order status and let you know how to proceed.

How do I make a return / replacement? 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after receiving the product. All claims must be submitted for packages lost in transit no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. 

Please email us a photo and description of the problem. Include your order number and email so we can get back to you as soon as possible. 

Returns due to unclaimed mail are donated to charity after 4 weeks.

 The return and replacement instructions for your order are included with your package. If you are having trouble finding it, please email us, and we will help.
